1. Understanding Reading Using
If you’re trying to memorize something, try to understand what you’re memorizing. It will be easier for the brain to process traced information. For example, use the following 5W + 1H formula.
1. What: What topic are you trying to memorize?
2. Who: Who is involved in the topic?
3. When: When does the time occur?
4. Where: Where did it happen?
5. Why: Why did this happen?
6. How: How does the process occur?
By making your own questions related to the topic, it will be easier for you to remember. When you memorize using the 5W + 1H formula, there’s nothing wrong with making small notes so that you can help the memorization process.
2. Finding Main Information Presented
Most people memorize just memorize sentences without knowing the main information. Try to find out the main information provided.
